The statistics are incontrovertible; the environmental and economic cases are bulletproof. But in the end there’s nothing as reassuring and convincing as the evidence of your own eyes: the tangible proof that only our unique destruction process provides that no data can possibly survive.
Stage 1 - Bringing data destruction to your door
Our Mobile Destruction Unit (MDU) comes to you and turns your data to dust inside the unit. So no recoverable data ever leaves the machine, let alone your site.
Our MDU has been independently assessed and certified as compliant with the requirements of ASIO T4 guidelines for physical data destruction.
Stage 2 - Fully inventoried
Whether it’s just a few drives or a few thousand, we carefully verify, record and track every single item by barcode. This vital information will be used later to give you a verifiable audit trail: an unbroken, fully auditable ‘chain of custody’ confirming that your material has been securely destroyed.
Stage 3 - Data to Dust
HDDs, SSDs, mobile phones, CDs, USBs and more – whatever the device, not only do we reduce them to tiny particles, the heat of the milling process also exceeds the ‘Curie Point’ (the temperature at which metals lose all magnetic properties). After that, data recovery is utterly impossible.
This fully compliant, physical and total destruction is the only way to be 100% sure your data’s been destroyed.
Stage 4 - See it for yourself
We record every detail of the process on camera, inside and outside the MDU. You’re welcome to watch the video and see for yourself that your data’s destruction’s complete – or come inside the MDU and watch the process ‘live’.
Stage 5 - Zero to landfill
We take our shared responsibility to reduce the impact of our operations on the environment extremely seriously. ALL of that ‘dust’ goes to R2 certified recyclers – and NONE to landfill.
Stage 6 - Certified Integrity
The final proof of the integrity of this final link in your data’s chain of custody is in the detailed, fully compliant, audit trail we provide. It covers every moment from the MDU’s arrival on your premises to the storage of the resulting ’dust’ on ours.
Furthermore, once the material goes for recycling we will provide details of precisely when, where and by whom.
